Annapolis Jewelers accomplished what several other Jewelers couldn’t, wouldn’t, or didn’t want to take the time to do, and the results are fabulous.

Due to an injury to my left middle and ring fingers, my wedding band had been cut into two pieces during removal (to allow full finger swelling), I was left with the two pieces to deal with.

The wedding band is two toned, which I think caused other jewelry stores to pass on trying to repair, along with the fact it was in two pieces (rather than a band with a single cut, which would be easier to repair). It was easier for the other jewelers to try to upsell me, which I didn’t really want to do.

The Master Jewelers at Annapolis Jewelers didn't try to upsell me, and they said they could fix it. I was warned that I might be able to see a faint line where the two cuts had been melted back together, and I was perfectly fine with that.

I now have my wedding band back on my finger and the result is nothing short of amazing, and I have to say, with the naked eye, I can’t see any lines, and I can’t tell where the original cuts were. In addition the two-toned design is maintained throughout without any discernible changes. This is amazing given a filigree between the two gold tones for differentiation!

I went to Annapolis Jewelers & Precious Metals to look for an engagement ring after I had a bit of a let down from a bigger mainstream company. I looked at a few local places and then I found this gem. (pun intended). I have driven by this place literally 100's times and never really thought much about it, so when i saw the google picture I really didn't know what to expect. I sent them an email from the website, expressed to them what I was looking for and a day or so later, James emailed me saying not only could they help me find what i was looking for but also customize it to make it a unique one of a kind piece within my price range. I met with him a day or so later, he was very detailed and asked alot of questions i hadnt even thought about and gave me some advice on what to look for. This place is great. I had to get my ring cut off my finger because of weight gain. Took my ring back to the place that cut it off and was told they were too afraid to do anything with the ring. Feeling disappointed I was on my way home and happened to see Annapolis jewelers sign and thought, (let’s give it a shot) I’m so glad I did. The woman behind the counter was a true gem. She assured me that Mr. James would be able to not only fix my ring but make it look like white gold again. And if any issues were to arise that he would contact me and let know of any changes we had to make and price adjustments. Mr. James went beyond my expectations. My ring looks brand new. I was so happy when he showed me what he was capable of doing. I added a second ring to mix to look like white gold again.
