I am the General Manager of Cavalli Annapolis. My marketing director sent a $50 coupon to be printed for the restaurant. Before my rant, the quality is great! The coupons are exactly what we asked for so grateful for that. However the entire interaction with the man behind the counter was tense and off putting so we will keep our business with Office Depot or Tray from now on!! I told the man who submitted the order and he tells me thereâs two orders and I explained we have over 10 restaurants in the county and he asked me which was which without showing me any paperwork or giving any further information. I said well Iâm not sure because I canât see in the boxâŚhe rolled his eyes and started shooting off questions, cutting me off before I could respond and I said theyâre for Cavalli $$50 coupons to which he said arenât you the one picking this up? He didnât ask any direct question and I donât understand why he wouldnât just open the box and look at it I am not operating any of the other restaurants so why would I have information on it? He asked me 3 times if I was going to take the second order to which I said I donât run that place Iâm just cavalli l. He put the boxâs on the counter and I grabbed them and left because he didnât ask for anything further. As I walked away I could hear him mumbling explicit language directed at me. I am 30 years old and this was a bald man in his 50s most likely. As someone in customer service this was extremely unpleasant. As a human it was infuriating. The past 2 orders, I've selected same-day pickup and they've called asking if they can send it to their production facility and it'd be ready within 2-3 days. Typically, it hasn't been urgent enough to warrant making their lives harder, so I agree and pickup later.
My business ran out due to a busy weekend so I ordered same-day again, and was met with the same phone call asking to send it to a production facility. I called back to ask if it could be held to the original same-day timeline this time, and the man on the phone very curtly / rudely said it would be done today and hung up on me.
I received an email a few hours later stating my order was ready for pickup, so headed to this location where I was met by the person who originally called me. He stated that I didn't give him enough time and the order was only partially ready and that I could come back for the rest.
It seems like the staff here don't communicate very well. Nor do they care to be friendly customer service representatives. I'll probably be ordering from another company moving forward to save myself the headache and...

Once we entered the woman told us they are supposed to âonly be by appointment onlyâ even though Clear advertises that you donât need an appointment. She said she needed additional help since we didnât have an appointment. It took the woman about 10 minutes to set the machine up. She could not figure out how to use the card reader but made sure to tell us how difficult getting that government ID was. Before even processing us, she told us that we needed additional documentation to prove my wife had her name changed - we did not, we have been processed through TSA before, this was just a formality. I explained this to her and she told me that it still wouldnât work and that she wouldnât process them. I then told her we would just go through DHS and we would leave, but she instead decided to explain to us more about how hard processing these documents was.
