PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HERE. I worked for this location a few months. In that time I saw managers going to the liquor store during there shift. People talking about delivery drivers smoking weed and driving. And with that employees not wearing the proper head protection to stop from hair getting in the food. I quit because one might they went to collect my earnings from the cash orders I delivered. Well they did not inform me that they had added an order that I did not take.... and made me pay for it out of my own pocket. I’ve generally had a very good experience with previous Papa Johns locations, but ever since I moved and had to order delivery from this one it has been nothing but problems. They consistently get my order wrong, or completely forget a part of it. And at one point they even gave me someone else’s entire order by mistake. I’ve had to call and follow up every single time to correct the issue, and I don’t understand if it’s lack of training on their end, or just total negligence of paying attention to detail. Highly annoyed ! I went inside for my pick up. Three employees was talking amongst themselves. The cashier whom had her back towards the entrance and two guys whom was facing me. I approached the counter and greet them “hello”. The continued to talk without acknowledging me so I figured I didn’t speak loud enough. I greeted again “hello.” Still no acknowledgement. So I said “excuse me, can you hear me?” The guys walk away and the female cashier turns to face me. She then takes out to earphones and ask “are you here for pick up?” Rude ! Can you greet me first??
