My 3-year-old loves it and so do I! She gets to be super adventurous with the safety of the "bounce" (versus some nerve-wracking moments for me when she's up high at traditional playgrounds). We've gone during pre-school time, open play time, and glow night - they've all been great & I would go back to any of them. The facility is clean, easily accessible, and has free wifi and tons of seating for the parents while the kids play. I have not done this yet, but the seating is such that you could actually bring your laptop and work while the kids play, and you would still be right there to supervise them. Oh, and it's air conditioned. ;) They sell drinks and snacks. There are even two massage chairs that are fairly priced (I haven't used them yet, but I think it's a cool feature). Super friendly staff and the whole process to get playing is efficient & stress-free. Kids take off their shoes & play in socks; they sell socks in case you forget. I'm so happy we checked it out - we will definitely be back over and over and tell everyone with kids about the Jumpy Place....

My son and his friends had a blast for his birthday! We had the semi private party room and it had plenty of room for all of us. The lady up front was extremely nice and made sure we had plates, napkins, silverware and she even gave us extra table clothes. They weren't upset that we had glow sticks and kazoos which was awesome. The adults had the same amount of fun I had no idea that we were allowed go on the inflatables as well. If you decide you want to bring a speaker and play music don't worry they got that covered. I'm not sure if they let you play your own music but they had some going and it was kid appropriate. We came here for a birthday party and we loved it! It was a safe place to let my 2 year old burn some energy off, and indoors! All I had to do what sit and watch. I like that the bounce houses were arranged in a way where I could sit in one spot and see where he was at all times. I didn’t have to follow him around. The prices were also great too.

Edit: we’ve come back several times and we still love it, however the hours are slightly inconvenient. They’d get much more of our business if they were open a little later during the week so we would have time to bring our son after we...
