Perfect gym. I flew in from Ohio on vacation and needed a gym to workout for the week. There are a lot of fitness centers and CrossFit in NSB but no actual gyms until I found this place. I texted the owner on Sunday to sign up for week membership, texted right back and met me here first thing Monday morning. The owner is great gym and took the time to walk me through the gym and show me where the equipment is and answered any questions I had. If you’re looking for a GYM and not a fitness center or CrossFit this is the place to go. Just classic old school iron gym feel, weights and machines. Super clean and well organized. I stopped in while in the area on vacation and had such a great experience. First, I did not have cash on me for a day pass and the owner (a really nice guy) let me come back later to pay. Second, the gym itself has everything you could need, including multiple racks (which can be hard to find) - and plenty of fans to help with the Florida humidity.

The best part for me, though, was finding out from the owner that the guys who make the lifting belt I use (Dominion), have their workshop about 100 yards away. As an avid gym enthusiast and lifter, when I go on vacation I look for unique gyms. If you are looking for a gym that has just about everything this is the place. They have equipment I haven’t seen in years, donkey calf raise, incline standing bench, and a wide range of machines. It has an old school bodybuilding feel for the serious lifters but also has plenty of equipment for those who are just wanting a good workout.
