The rep "Katelynn" was super rude on the phone, when we called to inquire if they were open on New Year's Day and to ask if the store had a specific phone. She was even more rude and nonchalant in person, when we got there. If you hate your job so much, don't take it out on the customers. She also told me that she couldn't help me, by looking up my account, because I didn't remember my pin, so she made me open a whole new account which resulted in me having to get a new phone number. After talking to Cricket reps, over the phone, and personally knowing reps that work at the Monroeville store, all "Katelynn" had to do was ask for my photo ID to verify that it was me, since I didn't remember my pin. She never even asked for my ID. So now, I'm stuck with a new phone number AND a plan that charges me $5 more than the old plan that I was on. My experience here gets 1 star due to Katelynn's nasty...
Read moreI’m currently standing in line waiting to purchase a phone case and a screen protector. The lady in front of me is getting a phone activation. She doesn’t know her account number or pin. The customer did offer for the employee to take care of me first since I am only buying these items but the employee continued what she was doing. There’s no one here to help and I’ve already been waiting 20 minutes! They are just now starting the activation process so I’ll be here even longer. Terrible customer service IMO....
