Very poor experience today that Wingstop corporate is looking into.
I am a repeat customer for this store via Uber eats delivery but walked in to make an order today during work as it was near my office. The lady at the register made me wait before taking the order despite the fact that there were no one else in like then proceeded to tell me they canโt take walk in orders as they are โout of stock.โ
I asked why not and whether should make an online order, but she said an online order would not work as they are out of stock. When I asked for clarity as to what they are out of stock of she just reiterated this are out of stock with no specifics.
I then proceeded to leave and make an order for pick up on Uber eats as there were some customers that picked up orders while I was there. The order I made via Uber eats was fulfilled. When I picked it up, it was apparent that they were not out of stock as they continued to make orders for the day and mine was ready so I asked what happened when I walked in 30 min earlier and the lady at the register said she did not know she was just โfollowing instructions.โ This was very unprofessional and no way to treat a repeat customer. It shouldnโt matter whether I walk into make an order or make it through Uber eats.

The young lady at the front away customers because โshe didnโt have the time for itโ they accused me of snatching my change from this little girl and from the way she was treating all of the other customers sheโs lucky I didnโt snatch her. She was extremely disrespectful to a Hispanic speaking man who didnโt get his cup. I told her and she slammed the cup on the counter without so much as an apology. My food was all cold and wrong and I waited over 15 minutes once I got into the restaurant when I had called in an order and arrived 10 minutes after they said it would be ready. I informed them of this and they said it was put under the wrong name and gave me an attitude when I asked how long it had been sitting there under the wrong name. She asked when I called and I said 45 minutes ago. Then she told me no i didnโt because my order wasnโt DUE until 2:42 and it was 3:06! I called 30 minutes prior to arriving to pick it up! I ordered a doordash delivery from this Wingstop and I had asked for large fries with extra Cajun seasoning and I received large fries with NO Cajun seasoning at all! I called the restaurant and the lady who answered the phone said I could come back to the store for a refund. I had kindly said I would like to be refunded through the phone since I CANT go to the store because I live so far thatโs why I ordered a doordash delivery. She said thatโs all she could do and hung up the phone. Utterly disrespectful there is no need to have hung up the phone. After reading the rest of the reviews, I believe this place should be shut down. Wrong orders and horrible customer service that doesnโt reflect well on the franchise. Do better all you had to do was be polite about YOUR mistake because I spent my hard earned money to order from here and it wasnโt cheap! Additionally I called back and requested to speak to the manager and apparently the manager wasnโt available and they took my name and number down but havenโt returned the call. Horrible...
