DTLR — Local services in Edgewood

The worker retrieved a pair of shoes my daughter was interested in. He handed her 1 shoe, she put it on, and tied it up. She went to put the other shoe on and we couldn't find the box with the other shoe in it. The worker had taken the box and put it behind the counter. I asked if she could try both shoes on and was told no, per store policy, you can only try 1 shoe on at a time. The female worker literally brought the other shoe and wanted the current shoe off my daughters foot first. A person can't see how both shoes feel on their feet for $120. Needless to say it was my first and last time in DTLR. I walked out. I refuse to patronize a store with such a ridiculous policy. On what planet is...

So im reading some reviews and i see some people had great service and some had the complete opposite which is the experience i had. We drove damn near an hour only to be treated terrible.. The employees were trash.. One was on the phone,one was standing next to us while we were llooking and heard us talking about how we needed a shoe and didnt even ask us if we needed help and cusses under his breath cuz he had to go get the shoe. And the other acted like she didnt even see us.. Never had a horrible experience like this ever in a shoe store.. Would never go there ever again.. Sad and they...
