Rainbow — Local services in Edgewood

My mom and i came to make a return on 6/19/25 at 1:45 pm and the two white girls (one red hair one brown hair with a ponytail) had the worst attitudes i’ve ever experienced in my life. The brown haired ponytail girl was horrendously rude. The card numbers on the receipt weren’t matching the one on our actual card so instead of trying to explain and help she and huffed, puffed, and nearly blew the register down with her funky attitude and then dismissed us completely. Originally they tried to say we could “only get store credit” as if we would actually return to a store where basic customer service is thrown out the window. The problem was fixed but i will never in my life return to this store and i would urge others to just make the trip somewhere else and save yourself a funky attitude from two funky breathed, straggly ponytailed, chapstick needing women who would clearly rather be anywhere else. Rainbow take that into consideration, if they employee clearly does not want to be there then...

I love this location! Great customer service! They always say hello when I come in and ask if they can help me find something. I appreciate that. They have a great plus-size selection. From a nice sweater for work to something sexy for an happy hour, they have so much. The highest price item I've seen is $24.99 (there could be higher) and the lowest I've seen is $3. Can't beat those prices. The store is clean and organized. Be careful, not all of their items are true to size. Also, this store is in a great location so you can do all your shopping...
