When my husband saw Droolin Moose on Fox 9, he took us out to Edina that same weekend, and I spent almost $400! LOL, I love chocolate! I kept some and I gave some as gifts. Once I tasted their chocolate, I was blown away!! Everything they have is out of this world!!! The quality is so on point! It is so smooth and creamy and just a little piece of heaven! I literally can sit down with my cup of Fishermans Knots and just NOT STOP!!! Of course, my entire family is obsessed with the malted milk balls covered in extra thick chocolate. Once my aunt tasted Droolin Moose products, she went right online and placed an order from Virginia! As did my neighbor. Best of all you can sample all the chocolate before you buy it, so you are never buying anything you don't like!! I wanted to give this place a great review, but unfortunately, everything in this shop is made with complete disregard to -organic- and or health in general. Food dye in the gummy bears, questionable ingredients in the chocolate. I cant understand why they would add these ingredients to their chocolate but I would NOT feed this to my kids or myself. Do you know what "Confectioners glaze" is ..its Shelac! made from the female lac insect...Red "Raspberry" gummy bears had food dye. Will not stop at this shop again, and had to get on Google reviews to let everyone know that there are healthier choices for your kids at the nearby grocery stores. -2 stars for the service and store setup, clean and directed towards motivating kids to read books! Wonderful experience here, the staff is incredibly friendly. Every candy has a a free taste test which is something I haven't seen at a chocolate shop before. Prices are very reasonable considering it is a small Minnesota owned business. They wrapped it up in a pretty patterned bag with tissue paper and ribbon, basically gift wrapped my purchase without any knowledge that I was actually getting this as a gift.
