Original Art Broker — Attraction in Bloomington

I bought 2 original Steve Kaufman oil canvas pieces on eBay from Original Art Broker. One was shipped in a simple cardboard box and arrived damaged with a large tear. I returned it and it took about 3 weeks to get a refund.

For the 2nd piece, is a rare piece. I received it with a tear that had been repaired. This was never disclosed to me prior to purchase or shipping. The frame was also broken.
