Disappointing. Truly. Could be genuinely valued at what the overall general avg is but I think its fabrication. Prices are highly fluctuated in nicotine vapes. For no apparent reason. Secondly, and most detrimental to their business, their return/exchange policy of 12 hrs is beyond asinine. I have never come across a vape shop that has a meager 12 hr return/exchange policy. For that, you should just not have one. Or at least make exceptions for faulty products, such as in my case. Read moreI am sorry to say I am amending my 1st review. Apparently there is a 24 hour limit on returns or exchanges. The icy menthol I purchased with the bog 1/2 off 2nd became irritating to my throat and I am unable to continue use. I called today and the lady I spoke with said I could not exchange the second one even though I would be a return customer @ 2 weeks. So that's $1000 plus in sales for a year, doesn't make good busines sense. I truly regret not returning I really was looking forward to being a loyal customer.

Read moreDamn normally Vapecity was my go to, the Austin one is immaculate, but I bought a vape yesterday and the lady at the counter did not give me the receipt, and said just with your number you can input and I did and the charger wasn’t working this morning so I went back today and they said I needed a receipt which of course i know is always needed for a return, but I did not get one. They couldn’t exchange because I did not have one. I get that it’s policy but it if was not my fault then I would’ve liked maybe a little help but oh well.
