UPDATE (May 2024): Quite the phenomenal customer experience I always get from here. Gave this place a second chance and what do I get? A missing wing and once again, missing celery sticks. No sort of compensation or explanation as to why it happened. I only ordered from here on behalf and not because I wanted to. Took the survey from the email provided and gave my honest review. What do I get? “Oh we’re sorry we didn’t live up to your expectations blah blah blah” Please. 😂 I didn’t ask for this experience. It’s y’all. This is it, lol. Do better.
April 2024: Was my go to place for wings and always had excellent customer service. How they messed up by giving my order to someone else is beyond my comprehension. They usually check the bags and make sure it is their order. Either someone took off with my order and none of the hosts were around when it happened or it was never prepared in the first place. To top it off, they give me a plastic bag with the order with a missing item and a simple “sorry” was all they could give me. The person who got their order after me got theirs in a paper bag. No sort of compensation at all for their mistake. They even thought I ordered delivery despite me showing up there. Who shows up to a restaurant for when they order delivery? Make sense please. I went to watch Game 6 of the World Series this week and ordered 5 wings and a tall XX. I got charged $12.67 which was correct. Then I check my bank statements and I found out I got charged an EXTRA $16 ?????? I paid $30 for 5 WINGS AND A BEER ??? I go back to the restaurant to find out what happened only to be met by a manager with a horrible excuse of “well it was a glitch on our machines you have to talk to your bank.” MIND YOU they also told me this has been happening to other customers. so if you REALLY want to be careful, PAY CASH. When we ordered to go the lettuce was partially brown and wilted... just not good. It came in a paper box which may have made the lettuce taste worse. We use to go to this location when it first opened to go have drinks after work, but the waitstaff got so bad that we do not go here anymore because the service is just so bad. We went to have a late lunch (1:30) recently and ended up walking out for the fact that we were sat at a booth on the bar side and waited for 20 minutes while our waitress was prancing around lollygagging with the other waitresses and never came to our booth. We asked another waitress that was helping the booth behind us if she could help us and she said no, it was not her table, but she'd call our waitress and never did. ...
