Have you ever wondered what a glorified snowcone stand that doesn't sell snowcones looks like? Look no further than Ceviche 76.

The store is located in a clean strip mall along Trenton Road. Parking is reasonable but can be a challenge for a large truck. The store itself is spacious and comfortably furnished and has a good ambiance. The restrooms are spacious and well maintained. Service was outstanding during my visit.

The food menu is colorful and beautiful but overwhelming and requires an explanation for the ingredients in most of the selections.

We ordered the Botana 76 at $38 and two draft beers in plastic cups at a mind numbing $9 per glass. We also ordered a glass of water but were brought bottled water at $2 instead. When we asked for a glass of water, we were told the faucet wasn't working. This was a disappointment. I don't blame the wait staff for this one.

Before our meal arrived, the wait staff brought some spicy mayonnaise dips as well as packages of crispy corn tortillas and packaged saltine crackers.

The Botana 76 was gorgeous and fresh looking. It was spicy and delicious. The beer was a little watered down and became warm quickly, but the entire meal was plentiful and filling.

The restaurant forcing us to purchase water by claiming the water faucet was inoperative is disappointing because the claim was obviously untrue.

Although we make it a rule to visit a restaurant at least three times before rating, due to the water incident, we will not be back.

Ceviche 76 has outstanding food and service, so-so beer, but great service. However, it is not an affordable place to eat. I'll leave this place for...

Had a craving for tacos on Tuesday night and wanted something close by. Was about 915pm when we placed the order after looking them up on google. So why not try them out since everything looked pretty good. Order the the shrimp Trompo style tacos, ribeye steak, and fish. Favorite were the shrimp tromp style. Very flavorful and just the right amount of seasoning. Only thing I didn’t like was how the corn tortillas were prepped. Think they were partially fried to hold its shape, but it had a slight hard surface texture on the first initial bite or two. But definitely would orderd that again and so a simple request. The ribeye tacos were good with fresh pico and avocado bits. I felt like the ribeye were finished off in a fryer since some pces had a crunchy texture like chicharron. But it was good. Least favorite were the fish tacos. Breading was more like a flour based not really a beer batter type for that crunch factor. The lettuce and tomato didn’t work well for me. Prefer a slaw type setup. Salsa was really meh…not much flavor and no spicy kick. However I really like how each taco order came with rice, fries and onion rings. Definitely made the price worth it. We’ll try a dine in...

The decor looked great, the music was nice. When we sat down after ordering. The food arrived about 5 minutes after ordering so they have really exceptional service. The food was pricey but seemed worth what you were getting. I ordered the tacos de camarrón zarrendeado which tasted really good and what I think everyone needs to try. And I never had a taco plate with rice, fries, and onion rings before. My wife got the tostitos ceviche de camarrón which tasted good with added lime. If there was only one complaint is that the salsas were not that spicy and my wife especially prefers her ceviche to be really sour/bitter or spicy to the point of inducing gastritis. I know that's weird but there are some other restaurants that have delivered on that. Although the ceviche does look presentable and even a little intimidating, the taste does not match the presentation. So if the menu looks like it will send you to the restroom, don't worry the taste is not as extreme...
