Fast and friendly service. I ordered the Moboba Mousse Tea and my bf ordered the Moboba Mousse Caffé. They were both good. It was our first time trying cheese foam on our drinks and def wasn't expecting it to be salty. It was good though.

We ordered spicy tuna and spicy salmon onigiris. Wow with just one it was filling but so good. I was looking forward to trying that the most. It satisfied my taste buds and will be the thing I'm not leaving this spot without for every future visit.

We also ordered the Taiyaki bundle. Nutella & Hazelnut was the best flavor from the 3 options (strawberries & cream and cheese). Crunchy and chocolatey filling. It was pricy for what is a filled waffle so I wouldn't really get this over the other dessert options tbh. I wish the strawberries & cream had more cream in it. The strawberry filling overtook the flavor that just made a regular strawberry filling in my opinion. Cheese was savory and I loved seeing the cheese stretch when tearing it apart.

Overall I will be coming back to try the ube and matcha flavors for the cookies and icecream in the future. There were a lot of drink options that I am curious to try. I enjoyed the tapioca in my drink because it had flavor to it. The coffee jelly in my bf's drink was a nice flavor and texture to it as well. This is one of my favorite boba spots now and can't wait to bring my friends here...

Pros: Place is nice inside and always clean. The workers are super friendly and helpful and they have a lot of dessert options. I like the feel of their cups and reuse them at home which is cool. They have promotions frequently where you can save money and a rewards program. Prices are good in comparison to other places.

Cons: Last couple of times I went, my drink tasted watered-down (I ordered the Milk Tea). I'm not a boba expert so I am not sure how exactly it was supposed to taste but I would have preferred a stronger taste. My two friends thought the same. I don't like how they charge $1 for requesting no ice on the drink. I understand that less ice = more drink but overall it is not a good look on the place. That is like charging someone for napkins or utensils.

Overall I give this place a 4/5 because it's a nice and friendly environment but I do think they can do a better job on the drinks. They're not horrible but there is room for a little improvement. Thank you to all the friendly staff and the guy who I think was the manager who asked us for feedback on...

I'm so excited that Moboba has come to town, I've literally been waiting months for this!

The space is open, vibrant, and has super clean lines and minimal aesthetic which I appreciate, kind of reminds me of SoCal. Also, I was able to meet the owners, who have the sweetest babies and are clearly passionate about creating a family-friendly environment.

I had the original milk tea which was the right amount of creaminess but was glad to see they had milk alternatives available and a pretty extensive drink menu which I haven't seen at a lot of other shops. Ummm, and their matcha soft serve -- OMG, my new favorite treat!

Oh, and people complaining about long wait times during their Soft Opening...I mean, what did you expect, it's their literal first day of business?! Have some grace, my goodness. Be compassionate and just support an awesome small (YAY! AAPI-owned) business. Remember, even a well oiled machine like Amazon screws up from...

Super cute! Very friendly and patient staff. The onigiri was delish but I had to wait to get home to add Sriracha and sauce. Not sure if you're supposed to add that but I did. Lol

Went to Moboba in Edinburg for a small lunch. We came before when they had an event and loved their snack foods. Today wasn’t as good unfortunately. The rice was a bit stale and the onigiri and musubi were falling apart. The Korean Gallic cheesy bread was still very good, though it was definitely better the first time we came. It was super busy for that event so I’m guessing everything was fresher then. The POG drink was very good, though too sweet for my wife. Best part was actually the chips. We had fun playing their trivia games and they had other activities as well. While we still liked it over all we’ll probably go for onigiri at home next time. 6/10 We ordered: POG Drink (pomegranate orange and guava) Spicy Musubi Spicy tuna Onigiri Salmon Onigiri Korean Garlic Cheese Bun Spicy hot pot lays chips Total ~$32
