I'll start by saying that the food here is pretty great. No issues there.
I've now dined-in twice, and ordered to-go pickup through Google/Doordash store front. The first time, the wait was approximately 20 minutes for two items with myself and my girlfriend at one table and one other person being the only ones inside the restaurant. The second time, the wait time was approximately just as long as the first but they ended up bringing the wrong item from what we had ordered. Being that it took as long as it did, we just decided to just eat what they had brought. Granted, they decided to make the item we requested at no charge to take home. The third time, I ordered pick up using Doordash store front via Google for lunch, as I work appropriately 20 minutes away and I wanted to quickly pick up and have lunch with my girlfriend. I arrived to pick up my order, only to have them tell me that they've ran out of white rice and that I needed to choose another item for the poke bowl. After waiting another 10 minutes, my order was finally ready after having placed it approximately 50 minutes earlier.
Also, a common occurrence is that there never seems to be someone at the counter and the building design doesn't lend itself to easily get anyone's attention in the back, leaving you with two options: stand there and wait indefinitely for someone to walk up or just yell...
Read moreHeard about this place through some office chatter and I got a Telya, delicious! Seems so organic and clean from the outside I just had to make my way in. After opening up the doors, it was like entering a different realm. It was clean, smell so fresh, the ambience was amazing, the decor was off the charts, it’s like you felt revived. From some previous reviews, yes, there are some premade salads and wraps but I ordered off the menu and it was just as fresh as the premade stuff looked. So from the pictures in the video, I ordered a Poké bowl with cilantro dressing and seared salmon. I have to say, this was the best Poké bowl I’ve ever eaten. The turkey sandwich and sweet potato french fries were so savory, well seasoned, the bun was Warm, and the bite into it was an experience of its own. You’ll also see an açai bowl filled with oats bananas strawberries, made my taste buds go crazy. The grapefruit soda water was so refreshing as well as the kale juice. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area stop by and get your grub and juice on. Helpful review? If so, tap the helpful tab and let me know how I’m doing. Like to pick some videos if you can and share them with your friends and families. Don’t miss out on this place and stay tune for the next adventure and...
Read moreI don’t like leaving bad reviews but been going to JuiceUs for quite sometime now and seems like it’s getting worse. The wait times are so long for even a juice that’s pre made. I have waited in line for one item over 15 minutes and I’m the only person in line. I went about two weeks ago and the man working the drive thru was also out of it and messed up my order. Another time I went in and two workers were gossiping while taking my order then one of them proceeded to go sit and cry on a table mid shift. Once the girl took finished my order, she went to go sit and talk with the other employee that was crying.
I’ve been going for smoothies and every time I get the same one, it’s always different. Never the same consistency. Today was the last straw for me. Got a “smoothie bowl” and this is what was given. Looks nothing like a smoothie bowl. It’s very watery and the taste is horrible. Don’t think they added anything but the açaí pack and water. Looks and feels like pure liquid. And the smoothie bowl amount was half of the actual bowl as you can see it’s half empty. First photo is how it looked as soon as I opened the lid. As you can see the toppings were sinking bc the “smoothie” was so liquidy (as...
