I called this location yesterday only to be greeted by an employee that was not helpful she was more rude than anything... If I live 2hrs away from your store & I call you & try to get info & you are short with me & don't want to help me as a customer than why are you there working?? I didn't appreciate the woman named Holly that answered to me cause she made me so aggravated that a trip that was planned to this location was then canceled cause I didn't feel like dealing with this woman once I got to the store... So thanks Crocs for hiring employees that try to pry into your business & not only help u find a shoe but also quiz you on what you can and can't buy lol... Maybe Crocs management needs to go over the rules of what a customer can & can't buy lol... This woman tried to question what sizes I was looking for & then acted as if I had no right to buy any other sizes I didn't ask about... again a very rude woman named Holly that you don't wanna deal with when you go here... Sincerely...

The only reason I gave this store 2 stars is because of the young man with red hair that constantly checked on me and kept me laughing while I was there. The manager was rude, disrespectful and clearly only concerned with closing the store and getting out of there. The person checking me out started out not rude but not nice. When I asked about discounts she then got a little snappy and said she gave me the current discount. I told her we were military. She said well she needed to see ID. She could have asked. She could have been polite but she choose not to be. At that point I said to both of them that they were not nice and was it because it was closing time? I asked if I came earlier if they would be nicer. The manager went a little crazy at that point saying she didn't think anyone was rude etc. I told her she was extremely rude. One of the workers agreed with me on the way out. Then another customer stopped me outside to tell me how rude the manager was to...

One of the worst crocs stores southern indiana.. very rude and unethical store manager and rep.

We purchased more than $150 worrh of crocs products and on the same day as we were talking to store representative that one of the crocs slipper we purchased tore on the first day (manufacturering defect) and we didn't get a chance to stop by. She kindly suggested us to bring the slippers for an exchange.. Within a week we drove back to the store as suggested and the store manager (different person) questioned and treated us so badly [cheating] in front of other customers even though the previous store rep clearly left a note in this regard. They don't stand by their word! We never asked for an exchange and they made us drive 40 miles for false promises. If Crocs listening to this review.. u have now lost a customer who spent hundreds of dollars every year on...
