Would leave no stars if possible. Purchased an Item from a store in Edinburg IN as I was passing through heading home from a trip. Didn't notice until I got home the item was damaged and can't be used. I live 65 miles from the store. I contacted customer service. Produced pictures of the damaged product and proof of purchase. I explained that I was 65 miles from the nearest store. I was told that even though I provided picture and proof of purchase they couldn't help me. I was told that I would have to drive back to the store and they couldn't guarantee they would exchange it. It was a $30 insulated drink mug, it has a small dint in the side, due to the dent (that's hard to see at first) the lid leaks. you get a drips on your shirt with every sip. Due to this lack of service I will not purchase from this...
Read moreI arrived at 6:15p at The Edinburgh Outlet by the Hampton Inn 10.23.22 and found some things I wanted to try on. Went to the dressing room entrance and it said dressing room closed. I walked to front of store to the checkout counter and asked was it temporarly closed because I had clothing to try on. I was told by both associates that I could not try on the clothes because the store would be closing at 7p. I said "is it 7p"? They answered no it's 6:41p. I put the tops back. My husband purchased a $140 jacket and we left. We do not live here we live in Iowa and were passing through. I have a whole closet full of Columbia clothing and since we do not have an outlet store near us I was excited to see there was one in Edinburgh. After this experience I am having second thoughts about purchasing more or searching out an...

When he came back to inform us there were no other sizes, we decided to return the gloves, instead of exchanging. At this, Noah felt it necessary to mutter to his coworker, “You were right, she did have a return,” in a very annoyed way. Noah - I suggest if you wish to continue in retail, work on your customer...
