The staff on the floor are great. I was helped generously. Waited for no longer than 5 minutes in a busy line. I inferred about my employee discount and if the cashier could search up my account/employee number. 'im unsure how else this works because my employer said to just state that I am an Adidas employee. And they should be able to look me up..'?? Maybe their rules changed. Which is fine. But. I have never been shut down so quickly. The young female cashier did not try to have any kind of 'customer service' mentality. As soon as I inferred my employee discount, "I Can't DO that." No 'Im sorry we cannot do that for you here.' no 'At this time, we do not perform employee discount checks under an account.' I was so shocked by how she was quick to willingly let me know she wasn't going to help me. I can't even remember what else I asked. I felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable. This is why I hate shopping in person. I'm never coming back. Looks like everyone who works here is no older than 17. The young employees around these retail gigs can be really passionate about being in a customer service job. But I can tell this is not for her and she is just working to make cash and move on. Tell me you hate your job without telling me you hate...
Read moreI bought a pair of track pants roughly 2 or 3 weeks ago from here. I wore them one time and then looked at the lettering to notice it was falling off. So I called them and asked if I could return the pants. They told me something along the lines of they wouldn't take them back without the receipt (I can't find it) or the tags (which I tossed away weeks ago). They told me to call customer support number. To which I did, after an hour of being on the phone they told me I would have to get a receipt reprinted to and sent to me which they said would take one to two weeks. Then I had to call them again and get them to send me another email where it would take them three to four weeks to process my claim. Then they would not send me a pair of pants, but instead they would send me a credit to use which will take a week or longer to get to my house. Then I will have to drive back to the original store. This is ridiculous especially considering the fact that they have my email and according to one Rep can see when I made the purchases. This is the worst customer support I have received in a long time. I have attached a photo of the falling apart logo. Pray that when you spend 50 dollars on a pair of pants that they wont fall apart...
Read moreIf I were to rate the store based on my experience today I would only give one star. I had previously purchased a pair of shoes from this location at 40% off along with an extra 30% employee discount. Unfortunately the shoes I had purchased broke the first time I was putting them on. I took these shoes back today to find a different pair and do an exchange. They currently are having a sale for 50% off and no extra discounts. I told the sales associate at the register that I wanted to exchange for a different pair and was told as long as the shoe i decide to purchase was the same price as the shoe I was returning I would get the shoe for the same price as the original purchase making this an even exchange. I went to check out with a shoe that was the exact price as the previous one I was returning and was told they could only do the 50% off discount. It’s not my fault the shoe I originally purchased broke before I could even wear it. Anyway, definitely not happy with my experience today. I do like Adidas shoes and will continue to purchase but will definitely read reviews of anything before I decide to purchase...
