I was attempting to return a Christmas gift on a Wednesday evening at 7:10pm only to find the doors locked and the store closed. Who closes their shopping store at 7:00pm???
Waited til the weekend to go back to return my Christmas gift and the cashier was very nice but their system wouldn't allow me to return my items. It printed out a receipt with a phone number to call to inquire as to why I was denied my return. The cashier informed me she had never seen one of these printouts and she has done many returns without a receipt.
So then I call the number on the receipt and the woman spoken broken English and I could hardly understand her. She told me without proof of purchase my items cannot be returned. Gift=me not having proof of purchase!! Nor did my 80 year old grandma think to get a gift receipt. The lady on the phone just kept repeating the same thing over and over until she got very rude with me and wouldn't tell me anything different.
Needless to say I'm disappointed with the store if their policy is no return at all without a receipt. People get gifts ya know. Won't shop at this...

The guy who was waiting to lock the door (i think Cody) & Lily were very patient & let us finish our shopping. They made the point that they have to close the store but didn’t push us out.
