This company gave me one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. It was awesome to get a real person right off the bat. I ordered a Cuisinart coffee maker on Bed, Bath & Beyond that was being sold by this third party seller. This coffee pot began to leak just as my warranty was about to expire. Since it wasn't sold by B,B & B, I had to deal directly with this company. When I called, I had the pleasure of talking with a very helpful and friendly representative named Cres. She just seemed to go out of her way to make me happy and try to resolve my issue quickly. I had my new coffee maker in less than 3 DAYS!! CRES was amazing! She was professional, yet very personable. It was like talking to a friend. She is a very good representative for the company and gave me faith when they stood behind their product. Great overall experience. Thanks Cres, you are much appreciated!! I wish all companies customer service was like this. They are definitely a step...
Read moreDecoGear was spectacular with their customer service. I received a new monitor with some spider webbing on the screen and to my dismay the result was dead pixels when I set it up. They were kind enough to ship me a replacement prior to me sending back the damaged product due to me distributing my old monitors to my colleagues before I noticed the damage so that I can continue to work efficiently. Though 30% of my screen is dead, it is functional enough till the replacement arrives next week. Cres, the customer service rep, had to get a special exemption approval on this request as they typically have you ship the damaged product back first prior to sending a replacement. Her manager approved the circumstance and this was all finalized within an hour of submitting a request. The replacement was even marked shipped the same day. Thanks again Deco, I will surely consider buying future monitor upgrades...
Read moreAmazing folks, Cres handled it perfectly. Had an issue with the original Deco clear ice maker I'd purchased on Amazon and after a bit of troubleshooting, it was found that it was a mechanical problem that was not able to be fixed by resetting. They're sending me another and I don't have to return the old one. I'll will take the old unit to a recycler and avoid a small fee for the city to recycle it.
As to the ice maker, I've owned one just like it in the past. FYI, you must use filtered water or face cloudy ice and frequent cleaning. After the initial batch (about 15 minutes), it takes about 10 minutes to make additional batches. A trick is to put the ice in a gallon Ziploc type bag and bang it on a countertop a few times. Let it freeze completely, bang it again, then put it in a bin. It will stay frozen and will not stick together as long as it stays frozen.
And again, thanks Cres for such a...
