I bought a Panasonic 75" TV through Amazon fulfilled by Beach Camera. To my dismay it arrived with a cracked screen but I didn't discover it until the next day, Friday, when I unboxed it. I called Customer Support the next day but, being a Saturday, the call went unanswered and it wasn't until Monday that I could talk to them.
On Monday I spoke with Judy Relota in Customer Service who asked me to send pictures of the damaged TV and of the box. I took photos and sent them via email that same day. On Wednesday when I had not yet gotten a reply (apparently Beach Camera's system didn't trust my email address), I called Judy who sent me an email to which I replied attaching my photos. Judy looked at the photo of the screen, and agreed that the TV was damaged beyond repair. Then she sent the photos for review and a decision about authorizing return of the TV - this of course, also ended up happening over a weekend and seemed like it would drag on for a long time.
When I commented to Judy that the return seemed to be going nowhere she took quick action to initiate a refund of my payment to Amazon which was then credited to me. This process only took one day! She also authorized the refund without requiring me the hassle of returning the TV.

FedEx delivered to wrong address. FedEx driver's photo verification proved this. I called & messaged Beach seeking resolution, even reviewed photo evidence with them. Their response? FedEx drivers take wrong pictures all the time. FedEx records show delivered correctly. Basically nothing more we can do at this time. Meanwhile I, the customer not Beach, opened a missing package claim and called FedEx multiple times in an attempt to receive my tv. I have since received an email from FedEx apologizing for not delivering my package to me. They started an Amazon chat with me to keep me informed of the progress. Throughout the process I had several questions and they were always promptly answered. At one point I thought one of the bundled items was missing and they politely told me to recheck the packaging and I did find it. When I needed to start the bundled warranty they replied within a couple of hours with the link to the warranty company and my warranty number and it made the process really easy.
