I looked at the review and thinking Joe is going to be the best person for a hair cut, i made appointment with him. He is very nice and pleasant to talk to and I was very happy to know that he has THIRTY SIX YEARS of experience in this field but I was REALLY DISAPPOINTED coz he has ruined my hair beyond repair (Didn't know that he has 36 years of experience in messing up Client's hair)I will have to wait for them to grow to be able to fix them.
