This bakery has always been our favorite. We had a bad experience 2 days back. Had got a red velvet cake for which the icing was regular whipped cream. We didn’t know until we tasted, I called the store and raised this issue, the person who spoke to me claimed that he was the manager, and said that, this can never happen. I told him that I’ll bring the cake and I did take it to the store. He saw the cake and smirkingly said that we had almost finished the cake. It was a small cake and the kids had eaten, it was only when we adults tasted we came to know that the icing was not of cream cheese and paying $28 was not worth it. He said that he would refund the money and added that I have to make sure to bring the cake before well beforehand. I’m like seriously, you think I came there for the money.
