From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. They were incredibly helpful, patiently answering my questions and guiding me to find exactly what I needed, even offering thoughtful recommendations. Their genuine kindness and enthusiasm stood out, making the shopping experience truly enjoyable. The store itself was spotless and well-organized, with a bright, inviting atmosphere. The shelves were neatly stocked, and it was easy to navigate through the wide selection of books, gifts, and other items. The cleanliness and care put into the store’s upkeep added to the overall positive vibe. It's a nice store, but we have a member of our family who is confined to an electric mobility chair and requires a caregiver to assist. This Edmond Mardel does not have Handicap doors and I have difficulty holding the door open while assisting my wife into the store. When I mentioned that fact to the young man to whom was working the registrar, stating that they needed to install handicap doors, he said, " just come get one us, and we will help open the door. In any case, once we concluded our business, no one present offered to help with the door as we left. Regardless of what this store offers under the Christian banner, we will discontinue our patronage because of their lack concern for the Handicap.
