EDIT 2: Order accuracy is getting worse over time. From what I can tell, what I say is NOT what's entered into the POS. I'm getting close to not coming here anymore. EDIT: I feel like I have to drop my rating to 4 stars for two main reasons: consistency, and order accuracy. I've been told conflicting things about what is and isn't included with the ramen. For example, sometimes I'm told it does not include an egg, and other times it does. Sometimes when I order it as-is, it comes with the egg, other times it doesn't. Then, every time I specifically order with an egg, I receive 2 eggs. For order accuracy, it seems like what I order isn't what's put into the POS system. For example, I ordered a tonkatsu ramen, but asked to substitute ground pork instead of chashu. I specified twice, no chashu, just ground pork. Turns out, I was charged $4.50 for both extra ground pork AND extra chashu. Out of the six times I've been here, four times I've had one of these problems. I still really like their food, so I hope they can figure out how to fix these issues! Original Review: My wife and I have gotten dinner here a few times, and have always been impressed at the quality of their food, especially for the price! Their combo meals are super affordable, include a lot of food, and have always been delicious and hot! One small constructive criticism is that their ramen eggs tend to be medium to hard boiled, rather than the traditional soft boiled that I'd expect. I did consider dropping my rating to 4 stars, because although it's nice and clean inside, the atmosphere inside is very bland. There are literally zero decorations, so it could use some sprucing up. However, considering they're basically a budget ramen bar, it doesn't feel fair to expect a fully interior designed atmosphere. Ultimately, if you're looking for very tasty ramen at an affordable price, give this place a try! If you're after an upscale dining experience, there are other options for you.

When walking in, there is no one to greet you. Only a cashier’s immediately asking what do you want? No greeting or warm welcome. The tables and bar were completely empty, no decor or condiments. You have to gather everything yourself with ZERO service available.Ordered the ramen combo. The broth tastes like water and chicken broth thrown together. Completely flavorless and unappetizing. Honestly, my toddler can make better fried rice at home compared to what I was served- burnt and also flavorless. I would say the wings were the best part but they came out lukewarm at best. I have never had pork belly fried to a crisp in my soup before and never want it again. Couldn’t even finish my meal. I know it’s difficult to mess up an order of edamame, but they managed to do just that with no salt added and just slathered in soy sauce.Stay away, very unimpressed.

This is a budget friendly ramen joint, and it excels in that space. For under 10 dollars, you can get a tasty tonkastu ramen bowl, a couple wings, and a bowl of fried rice. 2 of us ate here with beverages, soup, rice, and wings for under 30 bucks. That's unheard of for ramen places in OKC. This would have been north of 60 somewhere else. It's worth it on value alone, but the food is better than I expected for the price. The tonkatsu may not compete with Tamashii for pure flavor, but it's also not what I would consider "bad". It was very above average even when compared to other, more expensive places around OKC. Things you should know: - No liquor license - No real ambiance or music -If you want to get full on tasty food without breaking the bank, and can overlook the first 2 things, you will not be disappointed.

I think this place is worth watching and I'll certainly be returning! I went 3 days after they opened and they were still finishing some construction as I think the bar area wasn't complete and there were some finishing touches that I think will be addressed over the next month or so (like the flickering menu others mentioned).

I went with my stepson and we both had the opening special and sausage takiyaki as an appetizer here's my thoughts:

Fried rice: fantastic, reminds me of hibachi fried rice in that they must have a sufficiently hot wok, plenty of oil, don't mess with the standard recipe and aren't afraid to use some msg. I was actually very pleasantly surprised by my first bite.

Spicy miso ramen: I really enjoyed this but it was more spicy than miso. I really appreciated that as I was in the mood for something more peppery with a little heat (not super hot at all, get a spice bomb if you're in a SPICY 🔥 MOOD). I've had spicy miso ramen where I like the umami flavor better and this was a different but still great flavor. This was probably the least delicious thing I had and I would still try it again.

Tonkotsu ramen: this was fantastic, I thought it as at least as good if not better than the other variations of this I've tried at other ramen restaurants. I was jealous of my stepson as it was his and I only got two bites!

Chicken Wing: they are clearly very good at this, I forgot the flavor but it was just barely spicy and sweet and absolutely delicious.

Sausage takiyaki: the sauce on this was absolutely delicious, the sausage itself had a hot dog like consistency though and kind of was a let down after the amazing sauce. I would probably order the chicken takiyaki next time

Service: I was on crutches and the host went out of his way to take care of my son and I both explaining the menu in detail and trying to give us extra attention bringing food to us and getting refills despite it being a counter service restaurant.

Overall: not perfect, but worth...

Update: they are very hit or miss. I'm seriously afraid that the "chicken wings" are cat now. And the yakisoba at the end of the day was dry and nasty (the beef was tough and tasteless). But during the day it's been good, so not sure what to think right now. Definitely concerned about the wings, though.

I'm really not sure how to rate this place. I took my daughter and it was just an overall weird experience. First, they have no decor whatsoever so that was a little weird. The guy who came out was Mexican and couldn't speak much English at all. They were charging OKC sales tax instead of Edmond sales tax (I did point this out and they gave me a dollar back for a ten cent difference). The music they had playing was inappropriate at best (I don't want my kids hearing crappy club music talking about sex or drugs).

We were the only ones who were dining there. The food was good. We had the Tonkatsu ramen. The sodas were good. The chicken wings you get were delicious (I got the sweet chili sauce, my daughter just did plain). The fried rice was plain but good.

Overall, we'll probably order from here again, but just take it to go.

Oh, and I'm not saying it is, but I couldn't help but feel like the restaurant part must be a front for something else... that's just the...
