This place is awful. They did a terrible job, 7 out of 10 nails crooked, super thick application, and cut way too short. I told my daughter to go back up there and have them fixed and the manager was very rude to her, and she left in tears. They told her they will only shave them down more to straighten the nail. This correction would only shorten them more. The manager said they will not do refunds and if they take them off she would have to pay for a new set. I called up there to try to find a resolution and the manager talked over me and told me nails are crooked because of the nail bed. I told her we had them removed and re done somewhere else and they did not end up crooked. Then she told me it was my opinion that they were terrible and others might like them. I said 10 other women looked at my daughter’s nails and was shocked at how badly they were done, including the nail tech that redid them. The manager refused to refund. I will spend an extra $5 to go somewhere else where they actually do...

The bad reviewers must have shown up on a bad day because I have nothing but praise for this shop (maybe I showed up on a really good day). I went for a pedicure to deal with an ingrown.

When I called ahead for pricing and options, the rep provided all the detail I asked for in a clear and professional manner. When I got there and asked for a pedicure, she recognized that I was the person who had called.

I mentioned that it was my first time and she covered the options/prices again without me asking but the key thing I noticed was that she didn't pressure me at all toward any particular option. I was seated then I identified the 'trouble-toe'. She said "no problem" and proceeded to provide the greatest pampering I've ever had. I look forward to going back.

Decided to try a pedicure at this place. I got the basic pedicure. The male started on it, the woman did the painting. My feet had barely soaked at all and he grabbed the grater and started to use it on my foot without any softener or anything. My foot was basically DRY. I stopped him and put my foot back in the water and said no don't use that. He then didn't cut all the cuticles or barely trimmed my nails at all. I am very disappointed in paying $30 to basically get my nails painted. I will most likely not recommend this place or go back. The lady did a great job painting...
