I stoped in today after today to get my cap and gown for graduation. I forgot my wallet at home today with out realizing it. I asked the cashier to hold onto it for me while I go home and pick up my wallet and come back. This was after 12. I came back to campus about 1:30 and had to wait til someone noticed me at the front. Once some one noticed me I asked for the order that got set back. She couldn't fine it so I hurried and grabbed the last gown on the shelf and hat and got tasals again. I paid for them. Then I asked if she seen my water bottle because I left it on accident. She said she did but wasn't sure where it went. So she went to ask her coworker. Her coworker proceeded to go to the trash can and pulled it out and bring it to me. Read moreThe books are super over priced. The staff was very helpful in store but their support team is pretty much incompetent. I ordered a couple of books online but realize four weeks before they shipped that I get them for almost $60 cheaper for each of them directly through the supplier. Every time I sent an email directly to the support team online, they failed to cancel my order. This has been going on for a while till they finally shipped it out and charged me for it. They even offered to price match in through email but nothing became of it. Next time when books are needed for a course, just buy directly from the supplier or think of this Barnes and Noble as a last resort. I like the other Barnes and Noble. Just been having horrible experiences...
