Starbucks — Restaurant in Edmonds

Newer Starbucks. Drive thru goes around the building. Excellent mocha frap with additional shot- after stirring. Blueberry scone wrung up improperly; no points for card. Hard working bunch. Barista explained the $3 happy hour.☺ F/U June '18- stop here after taking Kingston ferry, leaving Waterfront coffee after too many lattes tasting bad and ritually failing to have ANY breakfast items --- by 8:30 am. BUSY place, lots of new breakfast & lunch items. Barista Javen (or with G) showed us 3 new coffee selections; offered taste samples but the 2 new 24hr. brews just went empty. 3rd coffee looked like single serving brownie- until it baked. He took the fresh grounds to make another new selection of coffee. Noticed: at least 15 cars in drive thru. It took a bit to receive my order- which tasted delicious. Suggestion: park in large parking lot- next to small lot set up for fender benders. Overall service, drink, and...

Employees seemed nice. The building looked clean. My mocha was the same as always- decent. Just one problem- I was starving, so I ordered a turkey reuben sandwich. I've never ordered food at a Starbucks before, but for 7.75, I figured it couldn't be too bad. WRONG! I think it must have been at least a week old. Hard as a rock! I exchanged it for a new one. It was slightly less stale. It had an invisible, razor-thin slice of (turkey,) about a teaspoon of purple cabbage, which didn't even have a hit of sauerkraut flavor and where was the Swiss cheese and horseradish? I had three bites of it and upon taking a fourth and final bite, I found a fine, short hair. I'll continue to frequent Starbucks, but I'll stick to coffee only and make sure I eat...

This is the Starbucks I go to almost daily because my kids go to school near by. However, something lately has changed and they keep forgetting to put ingredients in things. A few days ago I bought a Vanilla Latte and didn't take a drink until I was back on campus, there was no syrup. I threw it away and assumed it was a fluke. Today, just bought another one on my way back to Lynnwood, took a drink, and no syrup again. 2 weeks ago there was no sausage on the sausage and egg sandwich.
