The best prices and truly the best Budtenders work here! Always polite and Iâve never had a bad experience with any of the employees or the products Iâve purchased here. A tip I have for people new to this store is order ahead what you want to pick up and buy in store on their website before you decide to stop in because itâs most likely packed with people with in a long line by the atms. I must say though the long lines are not unbearable because the lines move along fairly quick, with the exception of a Karen or two ahead of you that needs to chat it up with the Budtender whoâs just trying to get the line moving is oblivious to the situation despite it being right in front of them. Ugh stop browsing the store asking all of your questions on each productâŚ.! Try to keep the transaction as quick as possible when itâs your turn and please get the money out before you choose your stuff itâs infuriating to watch people take forever to pick out their items and then when theyâre at the register finally done, they run over to the atm to get the cash out and itâs just exasperating and itâs cringey how clueless people are. Please tip your budtenders! They are incredibly hard working and truly kind to everyone and putting a dollar or two in the tip jar is standard practice because they do provide great customer service and showing your appreciation is always followed up with a huge smile and thank you from them every time. Again, order ahead on the website before you go in even if itâs not all the things you want to buy that day, you get to stand in the online orders line that puts you right at the front because theyâll have your order ready and ring you up immediately. Youâre next in line essentially even if you just walked in because that line is separate from the line by the atms. One more con I have to mention about Danks is something out of their controlâŚthey have very limited parking spaces and if there isnât parking just park on the street and walk over to the store when the parking lot is chaotic (itâs often full of cars) and itâs a tight parking spot, hard to maneuver around and so save yourself the headache when itâs crazy busy and park on the street! Otherwise this site is the best pot shop with the best products and pricing in both snohomish and king county. Iâve been to a lot of other shops and I this place has yet to disappoint me. While waiting to be assisted with my online order I happen to notice they have more variety of the brand Tasty VS what was showing on their website when placing my order so when Galbino asked what I needed help with I said I have an online order and if I could please make some changes, he gave me a mean face which I understood but he proceeded to help and I thanked him and apologized for but heâs response was YOU CANT BE DOING THIS ALL THE TIME so I was shocked and asked him what he meant by it and he said to change my order specially when thereâs a line please be advise there was no lines on neither side and probably like 3 other bartenders to help. I was trying to stay polite and did let Galbino know thereâs a problem on your website it only displays certain strings and you obviously have more variety to choose from keep in mind I am the one apologizing to him for inconveniencing him of doing heâs job. When my transaction was completed he did not hand me by bag didnât even mind pushing in it my way but I politely asked kindly for my receipt, unfortunately, he had to rescan a couple to find my receipt and told me to reach for it from the printer and walked away so I was left there waiting for my receipt to be printed so I can get it off heâs printer.    Read moreI went in yesterday on 1/1/2019 and got 2 $5 panda joints. I paid with a $20 bill and they failed to give me my $10 in change. I respectfully called them on 1/1/2019 at 4:05pm to inform them of their mistake and so I can collect my $10. They checked my account to confirm that there was a purchase of 2 panda joints for $5 each and $20 was collected, after getting confirmation they said â we will count the till tonight and check the footage and give you a callback tomorrowâ, which they never did. I called them back today 1/2/2019 at 5:22pm to collect the remaining $10 I never got, when I called, a woman by the name of Allie answered the phone, She remembered me from yesterdayâs call. I held for about 5 minutes before a man came back on the line to say Allie was still working on the issue. I waited another 1 min and 30 sec for Allie to come back to the line and tell me she would give me âa callbackâ. I was already in pursuit to purchase another pair of $5 panda joints, when I entered the store I was helped at the front, I asked for 2 panda joints and asked if Allie was in hoping to correct yesterdayâs mistake (1/1/2019) the cute Asian worker told me âAllie is still in the back checking the footageâ, it was then I knew I wasnât going to receive my $10 in change.
