If I could leave a negative -3 STAR I would! It’s truly sad to see a business and especially a family owned business turn their heads on you win or and if you become a customer that requires either a warrantee replacement or a customer that sadly was sold a defective device not knowing the reason for being defective because all, because all of their merchandise is open and put on display shelves as was this mod that I purchased @ 109.99, plus got 2 bottles of juice at 39.99 each BUT THE MOD WAS ——defective)))))).
The father of the fam owned business and the son doesn’t seem to be working as much lately, which is truly sad because on several different occasions which I I’m sure other customers have experience the father is a businessman and thinks in business strategy only doesn’t really care about customer service and or, listen very closely to win you are asking him questions or details about a particular item here tries to push and rush someone when they are taking too much of his time for instants finding a particular Vape juice that a customer may want. Or he’ll tell you oh yeah yeah that was the best one that’s her number one seller‘s brand new juice is the best sister I’ve sold the most out of this and then you asked for a particularly strength and it hi have faith in Customer Service so I would never look at the bottle of juice but on several occasions I have asked for a certain nicotine strength and then got home and realized the nicotine was not the strength I asked for.
But back to why I wrote this review was, being a very loyal customer to this shady family owned business for over five years buying all of my Vape tobacco along with glassware there, when I came back the next morning as soon as they opened to exchange my mod because he sold me a defective one and clearly one that was not new as the screen was scratched up the device did not work and for proof myself he the owner of the business how do use a pair of channel locks to take the Vape tank off of the device which you should never have to do, and confronting him of him doing that yesterday he called me and basically said I was pulling that out of thin air he never did that yet he has video surveillance he would not go through the video surveillance so I could show him doing it on there so I simply asked for a replacement device since I never got to use mine once on $109.99 device and he told me to call the manufacturer and they can help because he was not going to help me any more or take a loss on something he sold...
Read moreService was good and place is very clean and well kept and they have a decent selection if you vape fruit or some candy flavors but not really any solid dessert flavors. Lots of disposable vapes. Reason for my rating is cause of prices. Needed to get coils for some vapes I have and for 4-5 coils it was almost $35 with tax. I mean individual coils too not a box. That's way too much for just coils that don't even last a couple weeks. $30+ for a bottle of vape juice for the 100ml size is also just way too high for me. I buy 2-4 flavors at a tim3 and they last me 1-2 weeks. I try to order everything but occasionally I need to get immediately and WA is just the most expensive place ever for any vape products. I can get a box of 5 coils for around $10 online for the real brand and 100% legit and most juice for the same price or less it's just really hard to justify paying 3.4.5 times the price for the same items just to get same day. Would rather support local businesses but when it's literally gonna cost me $100s more I just can't do it. No disrespect to this shop or the owner I understand WA state taxes vape products unfairly and before they changed everything I used to buy all my juices...
Read moreI spent ~40$ here one night and they sold me the wrong pack of coils for my vape. The new bottle of $20 liquid , in addition to it being disgusting and not the flavor I had asked for, it repeatedly leaked out all over the place because the coils were not right.
When I went back to the store to speak with the owner and asked him if he would make it right, he told me no, and went about helping someone else. I told him I’ve been shopping there for 2+ years and if he can’t make this right I’m never going to be able to come there again. He was content with losing a regular customer and taking my money in exchange for this shitty experience.
It’s worth noting that because I spent that money there and didn’t receive what I needed, I had to go without using any vape at all, since my budget for these types of items is set...
