The atmosphere is always light and friendly, always there to help without being obtrusive. I have been doing business with this company since 2000, and I've never had a problem that wasn't immediately taken care of. The quality of their products stands as a testament from 1978 when they opened until now. I wish the whole team the greatest success in the days to come as I find myself moving out of the area. We were looking to get a new mattress and were looking around online and stopped into a couple stores in Effingham and I remembered to stop into Niebrugge’s. Glad I did! They had a great selection that were all made locally up in Springfield. (Gives me confidence in any warranty issues) We found one that stood out and was at a very fair price for the quality level it was, with box spring included in the listed price. Sales team was great to work with and not pushy at all. They have free delivery and were right on the scheduled time. Have slept on the mattress two nights and is night and day better than our old one purchased online...
