I will never do business again made a cash purchase on May 15th 2025 for a wash machine that was a Lemon you hear me the motor was gone and all loud noise just a waste same day I called back got the salesman name Victor told him what was going on and to puck this washer back up with a refund less than an hour of them dropping it off to me. He asked me if i could hold on till that Monday okay cool.Monday comes they pick it up as Promised Now Thursday still No refund back to my Abco credit union card. i reah back out to Victor but first guy tells me he see my refund processing than transfer me to Victor I'm like I don't know why I got transferred but I'm calling in regard to my refund and what's the process Victor goes on to ask me if I'll be willing to talk with his manager I kindly said No it's settled just my refund please he still trying to upsale and keep the sale but when all actuality my refund should have been processed and not prolonged . Mad is an understatement He still saying my manager wants to do right by you and get you a brand new one with warranty for 2yrs I said look Sir It's settled a refund Now he's irritated and goes on to say okay it takes 3-5 business days. 3 hours later I called the hotline customer service number and talked to someone yesterday with a ticket number within 24hrs the regional manager was supposed to be reaching out because guess what still no pending refund and still no call from uper management . so now what's next the Better business bureau or small claims court I'm trying to be very professional and to think that you can just play with people Money is a hard no for me...

I got a TV from this place over a year ago and paid $118.00 a month since then. Never late, never missed. First time I was 2 days late I was called (NO LIE) 37 times in a row while I was asleep. Hung up and called back repeatedly. Then when they got tired of waiting for me to answer, they called a whole bunch of people I know, some people I haven't even talked to in YEARS (How they got their numbers is BRYOND me) and the VERY SAME DAY they had 2 men BANGING on my door (scared the hell out of 2 women alone in the house) with the truck out front. I paid as soon as I woke up so they would leave me be. The very next month (ON THE DAY OF THE PAYMENT DUE DATE) they called 29 times in a row and I answered and argued with a Female worker until "Luis" got on the phone and start yelling at me. They then showed up at my front door 2 minutes after I hung up on him for yelling at me and BANGED on my door until I called my Boyfriend and cried for him to come make them stop.

Now I keep having the Female that works there call me and call me and call me and I put the phone on mute after answering it and set the phone down and the girl was cursing, calling me names and acting tough and VERY unprofessional. This place is a COMPLETE nightmare. The stalking and harassment is out of control. I regret going to this place and paying 4 times the price I would have paid anywhere else. I have STILL yet to miss a payment.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING! YOU WILL REFRET IT BIG TIME! THE EMPLOYEES HERE SHOULD BE REEVALUATED! YALL ARE GOING YO HAVE A LAWSUIT AGAINST...

This location's service is terrible. My mother leased a set of couches, and she lost her job and could not afford to continue the payments. She called and asked them to come pick up the couches at my home where she left them. They won't pick them up! They harass my mother with calls constantly about making payments when she already told them she is not working.

Not only that she gave them my number and they said they called me numerous times which is lie I never saw any missed calls or have seen any voicemails. All they do is continue to harass my mother. I got involved and called them to provide my address, work cell, and personal cell phone numbers.

Every time I call, I get some lame excuse that is different every time. Telling me some story of being short staff, then another time his guys called out, or not having any staff. Another excuse was all my information was not saved in the computer so they did not have my address or number and he was hoping that I called back so he can get my information again. The kicker! during that call I never mentioned my info again, but he stated all my info to confirm it was correct in the computer!!

It has been almost 2 months! If I had a big enough truck, I would just leave the couches in their parking lot I refuse to pay for a truck when they can just get the couches.
