It was my first time as a new customer in the shop I came around evening time. I came in was greeted nicely and thought everything was gonna be amazing. We ordered three drinks and two pastries. I've been to all the coffee shops all around the world when a customer doesn't like the drink and asks the staff to remake it they would do that with no problems. This staff was the only staff I've seen talk back and began to argue with the customer. It was a simple request I made for the latte to be remade. They began to laugh and talk back to me. Claiming something about a loss of money. The refund policy does not refund the whole drink you only got partial refund. I never saw an associate who claimed she is manager giving dirty looks, laughing, and has bad customer service this way just because I asked her to remake my drink. Probably first and last time and I don't really recommend this shop or anyone to come and try hot drinks/lattes. They clearly don't make design on the coffees and don't remake drinks if the customer...

Shaghf Cafe finds it origin in Dubai. Apparently, they are a beloved chain in Dubai with only a few location in the United States, including not this one here in El Cajon, California.

They offer a variety of espresso based beverages and refreshers, not to mention frappes, but I decided on a iced pistachio latte simply because it sounded good, and good it was.

Actually, it tasted great. I liked the flavor of the coffee. The coffee actually comes from Dubai and it is a great roast. The flavor of the coffee was up front and personal and delicious. The pistachio was more subtle and offered hints of it towards the end. It was very well balanced in my opinion. I hear that it is as delicious hot.

They offer a melee of delicious looking desserts, acai bows, and pastries. There's a good amount of comfortable inside seating. The service was very friendly. The young lady at the counter was sweet and quite informative.
