Cynthia's Flower Connection — Local services in El Centro

On 1/20/22, I ordered one dozen yellow roses, with the exclusion of 1 yellow rose for 1 red rose from my mother for Valentine's Day on Cynthia's Web page! Very easy to do and convenient. Later that day I received a phone call from their flower shop stating that their prices on the Web page were "incorrect" and "I" would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $30 to have my arrangement delivered on Valentine's Day! (mind you, I'm paid up in FULL and have a confirmation number). I told that young lady it was their error and that they needed to honor the price that I already paid! She put me on hold and went to get approval....some other young lady got on the phone and also said there would b an ADDITIONAL 30$ REQUIRED for this order! And I restated, "honor your pricing!", and she began to speak OVER me, became hostile, rude and very curt, stating" your order is canceled" and hung the phone up on me 🤬🤬🤬 I have ordered NUMEROUS bouquets and arrangements from this shop in the past, NEVER, EVER AGAIN( INSERT HAND JESTER HERE)! Ordered flowers for my moms funeral they were to be delivered by at least the latest 3:30 to the church since mass Was @4 I arrived at 3:30 flowers were not there called shop number called Cynthia’s personal number no answer no response until 3:55 telling me driver was on his way.. unacceptable when we are already stressing and I wanted everything to be perfect since it was the last thing I could do for my mom. 4 days later I received a call from church that flowers were delivered to church for my mom. Wow just wow service was over days ago we don’t live at the church, don’t even live in El Centro. Not Happy and will not recommend...

I ordered on the website from San Diego for my 85 year mother. They were for a friend whose husband passed away. A comadre. I realized I did not put down who they were from so I called the shop. I have ordered from other flower shops only to be disappointed. The person on the phone let me know they did not have the exact flowers, but that they were still going to be all white and that it would look beautiful.
