I HAD ALOT RESPECT FOR THIS PLACE UNTIL I GOT VIOLATED AND EVERYONE TRYING TO THROW IT UNDER A RUG. MAKING ME FEEL LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG. MY ANXIETY IS THROUGH THE ROOF IM TRYING TO GET MY BREATHING UNDER CONTROL AND NOT LASHING OUT. ONE OF THE GENTLEMEN CLEANING THE WOMEN'S DEPARTMENT, WALKED IN ON ME WHILE I WAS NAKED. IM SO MAD IF I WAS RICH AND I HATE TO SAY ALL HELL WOULD HAVE BROKE OPEN. HAVING TO FILE MY ON CLAIM . THERE'S NO AMOUNT MONEY THEY CAN GIVE ME FOR WHAT HAPPENED. THEY OFFERED ME A 50 DOLLLAR GIFT CARD TO MAKE IT RIGHT.SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED. NOT ONE ASSOCIATED TALKING TO ME PROTECTED ME THAT DAY. IM SO MAD . SOME PEOPLE LAUGH ,. I DONT THINK ITS FUNNY. THAT REALLY MAKE YOU FEEL PRETTY AND LIKE A BEAUTY THAT A WOMAN LIKES.I KNOW ITS ALOT TO TAKE IN . ITS JUST WHEN I MEDITATE ON IT ALL. Would give you a no stars if I could, but not an option. Purchased a dress for my mother on 11/25/24 for a wedding in March 2025. When we purchased the dress we asked when there will be more dresses available, because she was not 100% sure of the dress. Sales lady said they have new merch every week. Sales lady said we had 30 days to return it if we weren't sold on the dress. We went ahead and purchased it with the idea to come back before the 30days to hopefully find something better. We happened to be at the mall one day and stopped to see if we could find something, so we didn't have the dress with us at the time. They had a lot of new arrivals, so she tried them on, she found a dress she loved, and we bought it on 12/7/24. Today 12/9 she went to return the first dress, only to be attacked by the sales lady, who mind you was the lady who had originally helped us. She smelled the dress for perfume, checked the bottom for floor stains, looked inside for rips, but finally decided she didn't like the placement of the tag so told my mom she couldn't return it because according to her we took the tag off and put it back on the wrong place. We never took off the tag, she continued to argue with my mom about the tag. She didn't find anything wrong with dress she just was focused on the tag placement. Which I don't understand because the tags fall off all the time even as you try them on, so I didn't understand her problem. My mom asked for the manager who was also focused on the tag placement. She was extremely rude and made my mom feel as if she used it and was retuning it. To say the least my mom left the store crying. My mom told the manager she will not be returning and the manager answered by saying, " we won't even notice". WOW Dillard's really? You need to hire professionals, and if the tag is such a big deal then put that in writing in your return policy because...

Last week went there looking for a dress for an upcoming event. I looked on the junior dresses because the ones they had available upstairs seemed to be more suitable for oldeeer women. I asked one of the girls employee if they had more dresses like the ones by the entrance ( juniors section) to which she responded by asking my age 🤦‍♀️ To then tell me that those were the juniors dresses and the women’s dresses are upstairs 😲 I’m small but I am 28, definitely not a junior but come on. I had already seen the women dresses before and to me those look like a dress my grandmother could wear. I have friends in their 50s buy dresses off the junior section and have never been asked their age soo i was offended hahaha . Anyway I didn’t wanna go back there because everytime I have been there SOME of the girls working apparel just stared me up and down and didnt help 🤷‍♀️ I did however go back yesterday.. No other place in The Valley with decent dresses (that I know of) I bought some nice heels with the help of a young man ..asked if I needed help, I didn’t know what I was looking for exactly so I showed him the dress and asked for his opinion. he suggested several beautiful pieces until he found one I liked. I tried them on a size 7 but had to ask for a a size bigger. They didn’t have that size but he didn’t come back out empty handed , instead he brought me a similar heel pair on the correct size .. he was amazing.
