The staff at this location is awesome! Tonight we attended a birthday party, my little one had a wrist card and unfortunately while playing the football game the wristlet flew off with the ball into the game. I had just added $35 to the card. It was the first game he played. A team member quickly tried retrieving it from the game but had no luck. Then the manager Mike tried and also had no luck. I had kept my receipts and Mike was so kind and willing to help and replace the card. He was able to look up the amount and replace the card immediately as well as the wrist band. Great customer service and friendly interactions with all team members. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend...

Friendly place doesn't even begin to describe this location!! I drove her as a surprise to my kids for their birthdays, amd my brother drove to the wrong location. They let me stay at the birthday table for an extra hour and a half, until another party came in. We had such a blast, and the staff had no problem helping us out. I highly recommend the b-day party package that is $25 per child, it was amazing.

*On a side note: the staff needs to brush up on what "gluten free" means. When I asked for gluten free items, the cashier recommended me the normal pizza. (@ the Palm Desert location they had gf options there). This would have lowered their score if the staff had been...

This is a post Covid review. I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. There wasn't very many people. The staff wore masks. The tables and carpets were clean, the air conditioning was working really well. They had the salad bar out again which looked really fresh. There were good meal and game combos with good prices. We took a two year old and a three year old. The new card system to collect tickets was a really great idea. We paid for an hour of game play and ordered dipping dots ice cream, and beers. It was a good afternoon get away for the kids. Looking forward to returning to this secret...
