Macy's — Local services in El Centro

I visited this Macy's tonight ( Dogwood Road, El Centro, CA for a bit of impromptu shopping in the ladies dept. (INC, Style& Co, Michael Kors). I wear a size 4 or a small and was able to find my size in every item I wanted. Some of the departments were messy or disorganized. The dressing rooms were open and available but unfortunately they were not at all neat . There were many items that had been tried on and left in the handicapped accessable dressing room. Clothing was on the floor, the bench seat and hanging on the hooks on the walls. No one in a wheelchair or with a physical disability would have been able to get into the dressing room. There was only 1 register for all of the women's departments and I had to wait in line 15 minutes to pay for my purchases. As I was waiting I noticed a young, tall young man assisting the sales clerk on the register with a customer bit he did not seem to notice that myself and 3 other people were waiting . He didn't acknowledge us in any way or offer to open the other register that was at the same counter. He finished helping the salesady and then walked away, talking to her over his shoulder as he did so. At the same time there was a sales lady coming towards us pushing a rack of clothes. I asked her if there were any other registers open and she said no and walked away. She did not smile, say hello or offer any assistance at all. As a matter of fact the only person in this store to greet me was the sales rep, Sarah , who rang up my purchases and was pleasantly. Your store has Lousy security system for your Macy's Customers, How can you let people use our cards in other cities without our card. And your store does not need to identify your customer, anyone can just give you our account number and your store policy is to just authorize the purchases without any form of I.D. Wow as of today I will no longer shop at your store and Cancel on Credit card.

Thank you for your service, I am not mad at you directly, i am just mad at your company Macy's for permitting fraud services with my credit card, and you can't see that the fraud is coming from your own employees working at Macy's. I have my credit card in the envelope and it still has the sticker for us to activate this card, but we have never had a chance...

Macy's in Imperial Valley is the best place to shop for all your clothing and home accessories. The store is very clean, the store employees are always very helpful and it is ADA accessible with both an escalator and elevator.

Their Men's area has a great selection of relax fun clothes and a large selection of suits, dress shirts and ties. I get almost all my home goods from Macy's. They have a lot to chose from, great prices and their store employee's know a lot about their products to help me make the best choice.
