Mode N Beach has terrible customer service. Personnel is rude. They are not attentive to customers once you make the order. They don’t keep in touch about your order. Each employee tells you a different thing in sizes, orders, and specials. First they told us that with $20 dollars you could submit your order and once the dress arrived you pay the full amount.... that didn’t happen they made us pay for the full order And they didn’t even order it . They said the dresses would arrive in 2 weeks and they would call us. 3 weeks passed and we hear nothing. We had to call them. Once we called they couldn’t find the order .... they still hadn’t ordered the dresses. They excused that they where still waiting for a bridesmaid to make her order ... even tho one of the bridesmaids had gone just a week before and advised them that she had canceled. They said they would call the bride to confirm, the bride did not receive any call. Also they gave us a coupon for $50 off on a dress $150+ . We came back with that coupon , selected a dress that was over $200 and they made an excuse “that not all the dresses qualified”. The coupon said nothin about that. Worst experience ever , will never...

Do not buy a dress here. First of all they don’t have a large selection. They either won’t have the color dress you like, or the right size so they have to order it. That’s what happened to me. They were supposed to call me when they had my right size but after 3 weeks and no phone call I went to the store to ask and they said it wasn’t in stock so I had to pick a different dress. I found another dress that I liked but they didn’t have my size either. So i waited another week for them to order it and they said they didn’t have the color I wanted. So I went back to the store with less than two weeks until my event and I ended up having to pay for the only dress they had in my size and I didn’t even like it. I had already paid them a deposit for the other dress I wanted so I felt like I was forced to buy something because they weren’t gonna give me my deposit back. Do not buy from here because they will waste your time and you will be scrambling to find a dress you like. I wish i would have looked at these reviews first...

I walked into the store without much of an idea, but they treated me with such warmth that I felt at ease from the very first moment. I told them what I wanted to do, showed them a photo of her, and talked a little about her style... and between laughter and suggestions, we found the perfect dress. It was elegant, in a color I knew she loved, and had a cut I imagined on her from the very first moment. When I gave it to her, her reaction was priceless: she was thrilled, tried it on, and hugged me as if the dress also spoke to her about everything I feel for her.At dinner, I couldn't take my eyes off her.
