I called this morning to verify hours and the woman kindly directed me through their website. She later called to notify me of one flower that was unavailable and substitution necessary for a basket/bouquet that I selected. I think it is so professional and honest because from my experience with other florists in EC they always try to take your money and care very little of their product or recipient.
