I have recently been looking for a local, shared co-working spot and I’m so happy to have found Juku, right here in El Cerrito! After two years of working from my small home office, I was really needing to find a better workplace. Juku offers a quiet, clean, comfortable place to get my work done. They even have a private office if I need to take a phone call or a zoom meeting. The owners (Jordan, Shoko, and Gregg) are wonderful people and make me feel welcome each time I come in. Hidden gem co-working space for El Cerrito and nearby residents who need a quiet place to do work or get some focus time in.

Often empty enough where I don't need the meeting rooms, but they do have two available if you need it. Good atmosphere, lighting, and temperature. Larger spaces available for team events too!

Free Coffee and snacks already pay for themselves for the admission price. High speed internet. Close to local amenities.

Owners are very nice and accommodating. You can even walk around the safe and nice weather neighborhood to clear your mind!

This is a local gem—I needed an affordable co-working space, but Juku is above and beyond what I expected as far as co-working places go. It’s my new regular workspace now.

Interior is extremely nice, well designed for working with ample outlets. There’s always tea and snacks (part of the membership, though I want to tip them as soon as I can afford to), kitchen amenities, and the bathroom is super nice.
