This place is my go to as I always take bart and coffee is must needed for me at morning. As always I went there and ask for grande refresher today and realized I was about to be charged for light ice. Seriously, For light ice they were charging me $1? By far, the worst service ever received by myself in a Starbucks. Two people working, but one wandering around, ‘stocking’? The other took way too long to take my order, did not give me a receipt nor take my name. Laid my stuff on the counter and it was up to me to figure it out. Incredibly rude and self-absorbed staff.
