Worst experience in a sees location. I'm truly disappointed in the crew closing this past Friday. Closing was the priority over customer service at 640pm. With 4 customers in store besides myself; more effort was given to straightening up then service. I was 2nd to the last being assisted with a 1lb mix, 2 1 lb assorted, lollipops. My $105.00 purchase seem to be a problem as Nailiah slammed items to counter from my basket, rang 2 too many lollipops & display a bad attitude along with her coworker who stopped mid transaction with a customer to go lock door as customer was having trouble standing she was left to wait & voiced her problem standing. There was another employee in the store who kept coming in and out of the main gallery of the store, apparently stocking and taking on line orders, but never helped anyone in line. We understand the limitations of COVID-19 and the necessary safety precautions but this is absolutely ridiculous! It literally took 30 minutes per customer. We stood in line over an hour. Unacceptable! Disappointing! This is not the fault of the two workers, they tried to do their best. This is poor planning on behalf of the owner/manager. I asked, " is that 1 pound?", looking at the candy that was being distributed in the box to the customer before me. The worker said, no that's 3 pounds. The co-worker behind her started laughing hysterically, humiliating me in front of approximately 7 customers that were waiting in line.
