I have dealt with many skilled facilities; none compared to this facility. My brother recently suffered a stroke. Hospital sent him to Temple City Healthcare Facility for rehabilitation. From the moment we walked in felt a calm atmosphere with beautiful décor. Immediately greeted by Receptionist Brenda who was kind, friendly and knowledgeable with the list of question had prepared. From there on every staff member treated us like family. Any help we needed staff was readily available to assist us. When finance hit they went above and beyond to help which we are forever grateful! We liked to thank all staff from Receptionist Brenda, Social Worker Jessica, CNA's, and yes even the kitchen staff who got him to eat all his meals. Adrian in Finance for his patience in explaining cost. You all gave my brother the want to be up and walking. Thank you for his flowers! Especially grateful for nurses, physical and occupational therapist who came to our home. Update: He has come a long way in such a short time. With a walker he goes around the house and even got himself in the shower all on his own! We owe it all to Temple City Healthcare. I recently had the pleasure of placing my grandmother in Temple city healthcare, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure that residents feel comfortable and cared for.

The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and full of warm, inviting spaces that encourage socialization among residents. My grandmother has made wonderful friends here, and she loves participating in the various activities and events they offer. there is always something happening that keeps her engaged and happy. Additionally, the meals provided are nutritious and delicious, which I appreciate as I know how important good nutrition is for her health.

Communication with the management team has also been great; they are always available for questions and genuinely care about both the residents and their families.

Was looking around the San Gabriel Valley area that provided the best care and a 5 star facility for my mother is here at Temple City Healthcare. This is what I've been looking for. A place that wasn't too big or small. Was met by each department staffs on what type of services they were going to provide for my mother such as rehab and nursing care. They were able to answer any and all of the questions my family had in person or via phone. One of the key decisions on why I choose this place is the closeness and communication that each nurses and staff had with each other.
