I went into this location was welcomed and greeted as I walked in. Location does carry a great variety of options. After looking at options I made a neckless purchase for first communion. After I purchased we looked at other jewelry stores and found something more suitable and elegant for the same price. I called Meza’s jewelry same day of purchase and asked for the return policy, the lady stated there was NO refunds only exchange, was taken by surprise because that was not mentioned before purchase specially when it’s a big purchase I would expect the courtesy to be provided with that information.

In addition, we looked at other options on their Instagram to verify if there was anything else we’d like to exchange it for. Came across the SAME neckless I purchased and was being advertised on their Instagram for $189.99, price I was paid was $400.00. I immediately contacted the location again and questioned the price difference. Steysy who assisted me stated it was due to the chain size, the one advertised is 16in and the one I purchase was 20in, which is somewhat understandable BUT NOT enough to justify a $210 dollar difference on the chain!

Lastly, I was provided with the option to go back into the location to switch the chain for the 16in but would not be refunded the additional $210. I would have to either purchase something else or get store credit. Which is absolutely ridiculous specially knowing the 20in neckless fits my god daughter perfectly, why would I switch for a 16in? It would not be beneficial at all. One of my main priorities was to make a purchase from a small business and support specially during these times. Completely regret my decision coming here. This place is horrible!! Do not shop here!! I went in for a chain beganing of December and dint fit so went for an exchange the young lady with bangs is very nice and attentive she dint make it difficult and exchanged it. Decided to buy a bracelet for my mother since they gave great customer service. Unfortunately the bracelet was to big and had to exchange it. Wen I got there my a young male greeted me and offer to exchange it or cut it for no cost then an older female with some white hair told him why did he mention that if there was a 12 dollar charge I said ok can I exchanged it for a smaller one and she said she couldn’t I told her to give me different options with roughly the same prize, she then showed me a few and stated a prize was about the same then the young lady was about to charge wen the older female said it was tripe the amount that she had originally said. Told her I dint want anything anymore that it would be the last time buying from them. Bought this ring from Meza and paid 4250$ most likely over paid but that’s not the reason why I’m leaving a bad review I was really disappointed with the lv of communication between me and Meza with the combination of really bad craftsmanship when they fist showed me the ring they had the rubys on the side sticking up like a pair of horns unfortunately I didn’t take a picture I asked them to set them in and try to flush them like the CC around the main ruby witch they did but even those fixes are poorly done they keep getting hooked on my clothes or certain fabrics. I’m also wondering if the rubys in the side were heat damage from the changes because the metal looks burnt .The ring did not fit my finger now that I remember they never even sizes my finger. The boarder around the main ruby is choppy. The back of the ring looks like a butcher worked on it gold missing gold, other pieces are cut and moved to the side or one that is half cut. when I brought up the craftsmanship work on the back they took offense and told me they would never send out a ring like that then I took offense because...
