Smitten! First time diner at La Borracha Hamburgerseria and I cannot wait to go back! The fries are superb, but the sliders?!! Oh my gosh, I could not stop at one. I ate five! Five!!! The Wagyu Bulgogi! The Sweet and Spicy Pork! The classic La Hamburguesa! I can’t choose a favourite! And what a beautiful little spot for a late night bite with the little plants, the gorgeous lighting and the amazing service! Oh and definitely get the fruit tea! So so soooo good! Hands down, some of the best burgers (sliders) I have ever eaten and I am not easy to impress or write many reviews. After eating here I had to write one. I didn’t know what to think when walking up ‘in the alley,’ but the reviews were good so I thought I’d give them a shot. I am glad I did. I got The Hamburguesa and my wife got the Korean sweet and spicy pork. We swapped one to try out the other. Both were delicious. Fries were crispy and spicy mayo pushed them over the top. BETTER THAN WINGSTOP!! The owners/chefs are so kind and helpful when trying to decide what I want to get, he’s very generous and humble. The food is phenomenal believe me when I say it nothing compared to wings stop and their unflavored &dry wings. They put thought in those wings and in their food I’m general I’ve also tried their sliders and pizza and of-course they are top notch.
