Horrible customer service! The sales person don’t even know how to explain their policy and the insurance plan. My parents washer stopped working after 10 months and they purchased the insurance but they fail to explain that the insurance they purchased didn’t count until the one year of the brand was over. This people need to be trained correctly to explain.
It’s so sad that I have to leave another bad review! This time because the washer stopped working again it’s literally been a whole month and they haven’t been able to fix it. That’s ridiculous. I’m sure the owner of the furniture place would like positive feedback but how can I when it’s been a mess with this washer and the fact that they don’t seem to care. Read moreBad experience with the service I received from the delivery drivers that assembled my bed frame. They were not only rude, but they also refused to build my bed frame where I asked them to. After a lot of back and forth they finally built it purposely incorrect and laughing at it not to mention all while the other guy was looking at me in a very threatening manner. I was home alone and felt very uncomfortable.
Once my roommates got home they immediately saw the state of my bed frame’s assembly and commented on the obvious carelessness. The screws were overly tightened & we weren’t able to fix it without stripping the screws.
They sent a supervisor back to apologize and correct things but I was just met with the same attitude.

We were shopping for living room furniture and we found a perfect one for our home. Herman was another gentleman that offered his assistance in checking for availability on a sofa we liked. We were hesitant to paying for a delivery charge and he was kind enough to get us a deal since it was our first time there, also he explained that the delivery charge also included the men assembling the sofa and if anything was wrong they would kindly exchange it for another.
