So normally I don't have a problem at the store, and I don't normally like to write bad reviews. However, because of my last experience I feel this employee should get some recognition on how attitude. Ms. Haydee (I didn't get a last name) gave me an ugly attitude the moment she noticed I had win coupons. I understand it can be a hassle however, I was only paying for fruit with the coupons. From the moment I walked to up to the moment I left she had the worst attitude and when I asked her name (because the name tag was flipped over) she flipped it smacked it and said haydee. There was no need at all to be ugly. I hadn't done a thing to her until I realized I signed my coupons wrong, I used my maiden name rather than married name--common mistake with newly weds-- anyhow because my husband was there I told her he could sign it but she wasn't having it until finally she gave up and just said FINE! Anyhow. After all that she is the reason I gave the store 2 stars. Remember as an employee you are the face of the company and how you treat a PAYING customer (we did spend over 50$ aside from the wic coupons which is considered money) is a reflection of the store.

Read moreEvery other time I go, it's cool, good experience. But I was told that my family member ordered at the food section and there is a man coughing with no mask on. Others with no visible symptoms had a mask but not the man coughing. Then when my family member ordered their food and asked for a specific item, the man ignored them. They then said that's not what they wanted and they wanted the other item, the guy just shrugged and said "Eh" as if he didn't care. HE DIDN'T So they ended up having to buy the food item, NOT being the way they wanted. What's the point of waiting in line, then having your food coughed on, and not even getting what you wanted??? Manager should do something AT LEAST about the mask situation. UNCOVERED food is literally being coughed on and that can lead to serious trouble if your customers get sick. Read moreI just left there and had the worst experience. As I was walking out pushing my cart with groceries someone dropped their avocado salsa and left it there. So here I come and step into it. Luckily I held myself from falling because I was holding the cart. But when my husband walked into the store to ask for something to clean myself the manager at the time Elizabeth (short, heavy set, and wore glasses) gave my husband a roll that had literally one towel. Of course that wasn't enough. He had to walk back in and ask for more. Luckily the very nice guy who came out quickly helped me clean up. Too bad the staff meaning the manager was not attentive or considerate towards the situation. She even assumed it was us who dropped the salsa. I hope that is not a reflection of the higher up staff because I felt terrible. Never again will I shop there and I will not...
