Subway — Restaurant in El Monte

I had the worst experience the other day at this Subway, I first off want to say when I walked in and was face to face with the girl who was about to take my order she did not even greet me or speak to me she just started putting on her gloves starring at me, so I was forced to start ordering without her asking me anything and next I wanted a kids meal sandwich with only bacon because my child is very picky and I always go to subway to order this and there was never a problem, but at this subway the girl told me that they could not do it anymore with only bacon but I went previously and they did do it so I don’t understand why they couldn’t this time. I’m definitely never going back here they had very rude customer service !! I ended up leaving and not purchasing anything, and I was going to purchase 4 sandwiches total but because of there poor attitude it changed my mind. I wish I would’ve gotten the girls name. But the Owner or manager definitely needs to put there employees on check because it’s not...

This subway should really hire people that at least pretend to like their job.i ordered a turkey sub and the girl asks me if I said black forest ham,I told her no it was turkey. I said it nicely..she then scoops up tuna and puts it on my bread..I told her no it was turkey.still in a friendly voice.she then tells me with attitude"I asked you if u wanted turkey and u said tuna..I still politely responded, no it was turkey! She took it off and added the turkey.i could have been a b**h and asked for a new bread but I've worked with costumers all day so I do understand sometimes you mess up,but that attitude was uncalled for. Then she forget to add my honey mustard I had to go back and ask for a side of some....this girl definitely needs some costume service skills and a change of attitude....good luck subway ,on finding "great...

I just ordered two of the steak and cheese melts and let me just say...wow! First off they have to cook it in a paper bag..? Then they don’t don’t even tell you once they toast it, you can’t add anything else to it (so you have to toast it with the veggies already on it..) also they put like a bunch of cheese on it which melts off into the paper bag so when you’re about to eat it, you’re only eating bread and meat and maybe some veggies..no cheese! Smh I come here all the time and I’ve never had complaint but today..with that sandwich.. I might not come back!! Plus the whole sandwich smelled like a damn paper bag!! Please figure out a better way to make this or just don’t sell it cause it’s definitely not...
