It's only been a few time where this place gets my order correctly. The menu is ridiculous, who ever designed it should be fired! The photos are all over the place and items do not make sense. Every time I have to bring my order back due to them putting cheese when asked not to or forgetting to add and item. When going through the drive through when it's busy, no one want's to wait another 10mins to return their food.
I don't know how someone can wrap up a sandwich that is cold when it's supposed to be hot and send it through the line. How hands grab this cold sandwich and puts it in a bag for a customer saying have a good day. 3-4 people I see handling this sandwich! They seem to be focused on speed rather then quality and consistency.
People don't realize that they're putting their job at stake, this is why robots are taking over.
I'm reluctant to make a post, but today was by far the worse. I ordered what I normally do. There was only 2 cars infront, so it was faster then usual. The coffee was lukewarm like it's been sitting over night. They forgot the hashbrowns, like always!
This time I looked in the bag and caught the mistake, they put the hashbrowns in. Less then 5 mins to my destination I opened my food. Found that they forgot the bacon, the sandwich was cold and the hashbrowns were cold, also seemed like it was sitting overnight.
I was hoping the food would get better the more times I tried, but it's a shame that things consistently got worse!
They have too many people working at a time , you would think this would make everything more efficient and better quality. In actuality, it gives everyone few responsibilities and too many people to blame for when there is a mistake.
I'm not to complain, but if I was the owner of this location I would be expected to be consistently loosing customers if it continues to operate like this. Definitely...

You will find generous parking, enough seating for 20 large families to sit comfortably and an indoor playhouse for children. The handicap parking is right near the front entrance and several other shopping stores, gas stations and eateries are also located in close proximity, but Chick-fil-A prides itself on being a bit more healthy than the competition.
At this Chick-fil-A location, you will find the food is tasty, made quickly and correctly, and service with a smile.
Even on the day after their grand opening, with lines packed with cars and their in-restaurant seating almost to full capacity, there were cashiers and managers walking around outside, with iPad POS in hand, ready to take the food order and quickly complete the transaction. The wait was to be expected, given the novelty on this side of town.
It became very clear that the same excellent caliber and focus on customer service I am accustomed to from visiting Chick-fil-A on the Westside locations, lives here too, in my neighborhood. I couldn't be more pleased. I paid through the mobile register system in the drive thru and once I reached the first window, my order was ready, they read the order back to me and didn't forget any of the condiments I asked for. What's even more important is that they smiled politely and thanked me for my visit.
I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich combo and my soda tasted freshly carbonated, the sandwich and waffle fries were still hot and my food was cooked...

I phoned to tell them about the situation and was told to bring the sandwich back if I wanted an exchange. Now, keep in mind I already made it home. The manager would not even give me her name when I ask to speak to someone else. I had asked if I can bring the sandwiches back tomorrow because we were already tired. She said she couldnāt agree to that. So Iām inconvenienced and Iām supposed to be inconvenienced again. Another manager said she was the higher manager (Stephanie) told me the same thing that I had to bring them back tonight. Keep in mind it is 2030 at night. I asked to get the owner (Sergio Chavez) number that was on the receipt or someone that I could speak to about the matter. I was told another manager will be in tomorrow but if I didnāt bring the food in tonight then I had to be left with two sandwiches that we were pleased with. For one I never knew it was protocol for a manger not to give her name. WOW!! Iāve been a valued customer but this is totally unexpected. There is no other exception for this matter. I thought manager were supposed to handle situations. If this is there protocol than I will ensure to check my food right in the drive thru. They were very unprofessional. I will call corporate tomorrow. This is MY FiRST BAD EXPERIENCE AT CHICK-FIL-A. I used to say I never had any problems but this was more than just the food it was the response....
